Four Generations of Passion
In 1985, Giuseppe Rossi brought his grandmother's recipes from Naples to the High Desert, opening a small trattoria with just six tables. His dream was simple: share the authentic flavors of Southern Italy with his new community.
Today, his grandson Marco continues that tradition, still using the same hand-written recipes, still making pasta fresh each morning, still welcoming every guest like family.
